Hi, and welcome back to the club. I've received quite a few join requests and submissions and I'll be working through those in the next few days.

It seems that some of you would like the journal to be used as a showcase for classic/contemporary poetry of well known poets.
I would like to invite you to send in (via notes) poems you would like to nominate.
I need you to use 'nomination' as a subject and provide the title, poet and body of the poem. You may also include other relevant information on the piece.

And as always: If you want to become a member or you want to affiliate or basically get any response from me AT ALL, please SEND NOTES. I don't look at the front page very often.

Joining:

If you want to join, all you have to do is send me a note and include a poem that you have written. (Not just a link)
You will be listed and a note of reply sent to you.

Submitions:

Send in submissions via notes. Be sure to provide a link to the poem on your deviantART page. Submissions are queued and posted at least a day apart.

Rules:

All correspondence are done by means of NOTES.

You can submit any poem you want (well, at least any poem that DA will accept you submitting)

You are in charge of your poetry, if after you have sent me a poem and I have put it up, you change your mind, let me know and I will remove it.
However, I reserve the right to remove your poems at anytime without given reason (but this is not likely to happen).

All poetry sent to me must be in English, Afrikaans, Dutch, German or Japanese.
Incase you decide to submit in one of the above other than English, It would be appreciated if you could include a translation.

Line stealing without permission from the owner of the original poem will have you removed.

Abusive behavior towards any member of the poets' area of DeviantART will have you removed.
If you have any problems or have seen any evidence of abusive behavior, please contact the administrator.

I know that poems are changed a lot and if you
decide to change a poem the original will be removed or changed if you request it.

Comments are always welcome. Try to comment on the poets page as well. Just remember that you should not any deviations posted in the club. There will always be a link to the original poem. *Poets club does not want to steal s from it's members.
